Mallary is President of Healthy Workplaces, a national consulting practice that specializes in executive and high potential coaching, leadership development, diversity and culture change.She is the former CEO of an international behavioral health, human resources development and training corporation; has served as key advisor to senior-level civilian and military personnel within the U.S. Department of Defense; and created and delivered innovative training programs in over 40 military communities worldwide.
Dr. Tytel has a Ph.D. from the Union Institute and University in Public Health Promotion and Organizational Systems and an M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut.She is a Certified Executive Coach, Registered Corporate Coach and Certified Mediator.She has presented at conferences throughout the US and Canada and is a regular contributor to BusinessWeek.com.In her spare time she is Chairman of the Board of the Prevention Think Tank™, which she co-founded, writes and mentors budding women entrepreneurs.
